Trade Desk (TTD): Trade Desk shares surged in premarket trading following a report from The Information that OpenAI held early talks with the digital advertising company about selling ads through its platform.

Veeva Systems (VEEV): Veeva Systems shares rose sharply in premarket trading after the cloud solutions provider reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results. The company posted adjusted earnings of $2.06 per share on revenue of $836 million, both ahead of analyst estimates.

Amprius Technologies (AMPX): Amprius Technologies shares rose in premarket trading after the battery technology company reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2025 results that beat analyst estimates on both earnings and revenue. Revenue more than doubled year over year, and the company's adjusted loss per share improved significantly compared to the same period last year.

Burlington Stores (BURL): Burlington Stores shares rose in premarket trading after the off-price retailer topped fourth-quarter estimates with revenue of $3.65 billion and adjusted earnings of $4.99 per share. The company also unveiled its fiscal 2026 plan, which includes opening 110 net new stores and investing $875 million in capital expenditure.

BJ's Wholesale Club (BJ): BJ's Wholesale Club shares fell in premarket trading after the warehouse retailer issued full-year earnings guidance that came in below what analysts had expected. The company anticipates adjusted earnings of between $4.40 and $4.60 per share, compared to the Wall Street consensus of $4.66 per share. Despite the disappointing outlook, BJ's fourth-quarter earnings and revenue both beat expectations.

Broadcom (AVGO): Broadcom shares jumped in premarket trading after the chipmaker reported strong fiscal first-quarter earnings results. Revenue grew 29% year over year to $19.31 billion, beating analyst estimates, while adjusted earnings per share also came in ahead of expectations. The company's revenue guidance for the current quarter similarly topped forecasts.

Okta (OKTA): Okta shares rose in premarket trading after the identity security company beat Wall Street's fourth-quarter expectations. Okta reported adjusted earnings of 90 cents per share on $761 million in revenue, surpassing analyst estimates on both measures.

ChargePoint (CHPT): ChargePoint shares slipped in premarket trading after the electric vehicle charging company issued first-quarter revenue guidance that fell short of analyst expectations. The company forecast revenue of between $90 million and $100 million, below the Wall Street consensus of $104.5 million.

StubHub (STUB): StubHub shares fell sharply in premarket trading after the ticket resale marketplace reported fourth-quarter revenue of $449 million, missing analyst expectations of $484 million. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization came in roughly in line with estimates.

Rigetti Computing (RGTI): Rigetti Computing shares fell in premarket trading after the quantum computing company reported quarterly revenue of $1.9 million, missing analyst estimates of $2.3 million. Adjusted losses per share were in line with expectations.

American Eagle (AEO): American Eagle shares fell in premarket trading despite the clothing retailer beating fourth-quarter earnings and revenue expectations. Growth in its Aerie brand helped drive the better-than-expected results.

Ciena (CIEN): Ciena shares fell in premarket trading despite the networking technology company reporting fiscal first-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.43 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $1.35. The company also issued full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $5.9 to $6.3 billion, with margins expected between 17.5% and 19.5%.

Kroger (KR): Kroger shares slipped slightly in premarket trading as the grocery chain reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results and announced the appointment of Greg Foran as its new CEO. For 2026, the company guided for earnings per share of $5.10 to $5.30 and adjusted operating profit of $5.0 to $5.2 billion.
